NEVER PUT YOUR PICTURE ON THE INTERNET! Why? DATA-MINING OF KIDS and Because of things like this:
That picture of you on that dating site, or that sugar-daddy site, or that men-with capes site, etc. can be tracked to any other images of you, in your “outside” life in 5 seconds, with modern online targeting tools. You should never put your image on the internet if you care about your privacy. Never let your teen post her image on Facebook or any social websites. Stalkers can track it back to her yearbook, your company picnic photo and your home address in seconds. Teach your kids about internet risks.
If you call your local police department, right now, and ask them how many missing children there are in America, the numbers will shock you. Teen stalkers, pretending to be company clients, can search faces and get into the information to track kids from Facebook to their homes and schools by using direct, and affiliate, services of Axciom, and similar companies. Russian hackers sell these types of face and data harvesting services, acting as a legit business front for the relationship with Axciom, but passing the info along to perverts. Axciom even discloses if the child’s parents are rich, or poor, and their intelligence-level, so the stalker will know what the odds are of those parents even hiring a private investigator.
Another awful aspect of this is that Axciom and their associates sell lists of who has been raped and who is an alcoholic, so stalkers, church groups and marketing companies, will be able to target the most emotionally fragile people to take advantage of. See the news reports below:
